We’re Koty & Hannah and together we’re The Lens + Co! We are an elopement & commercial photography duo, based in the Pacific Northwest, that love adventure and believe being photographed should be simple, fun and memorable! We want you to feel comfortable knowing that we’re on your team - our personal relationships are built on trust and those relationships are the cornerstone of our business. Whether you’re eloping on a mountain, starting a new business, or just want to document you and your partner, we’re along for the adventure!
Hannah
Hey there! I’m Hannah. I’m just a small town Midwestern mama living my Pacific Northwest dream. I love spending time finding beautiful spaces and places in the great outdoors. Moving to the PNW in 2019 was one huge leap of faith that has catapulted us light years closer to living out our dreams.
Now let’s talk about photography! I am always in pursuit of capturing light, love and raw emotion. I believe in intentionally creating meaningful photographs. I love movement and passion — so when those two elements collide, that is where my magic is made.
Working with my husband, Koty, is one of the most amazing and challenging cards life has handed me. Koty brings me so much joy and we compliment each other very well. We work in tandem — where I have weaknesses, he has strengths and vice versa. Fun fact: we are high school sweethearts! Our business is more than just a job for us, it is our God vision and we feel very strongly that this is our calling. I truly mean it when I say, “I can’t wait to meet you!”

Hey there! I’m Koty. I love traveling, hiking and trying new food. Before pursuing photography, I was a college athlete and studied business during my time in college. After my sports days were over, I re-discovered my love for hiking, nature, and exploring.
When the camera is in my hands, I am always striving to find a new perspective. I love creating emotion through photo and video. I am the technology whiz of the two of us and I am always finding ways to push my creative limits.
Working with my wife is such a blessing. She brings out the best in me and the best in others. You can find me trying something new every time I pick up a camera. We are so excited to partner with you and capture your moments. We strive to discover new places and create images that have never been created before.
How we work…
Hannah takes the lead on creating the intimate moments that happen throughout your big day. She makes sure the journey is just as memorable as the destination, while she is also likely the one on the other end of the emails and phone calls! She makes the booking and planning process simple.
Koty is the trip planning, drone flying (where it’s legal of course), detail capturing part of this duo. He is always looking for the grand moments and capturing all the little moments that make your story unique. He is the biggest dreamer and has the best (worst) dad jokes!
We always come as a pair and work best together. 9 years together this year (holy cow!) has made us excellent communicators that can get any job done. We are so excited to adventure with you to some of the most beautiful places this planet has to offer!
